He Is One The Bill.

It Is Story Well Known.

Don't Ask Somebody In Their 50's

Or Younger... They Stopped Teaching About

This Guy, Who Kept America Running.

Managed To Balance The Budget,

During The Civil War.

The South Had Loads Of Cash.

Many Of Those States Had Currency,

Since the 1840's.

All Top Secret, The Lid Was Tight.

The Banks Issued It And Backed It.

The Federal Government Notes Were
