Testing The Safety Of The Cabin

Gave Them An Ease 

To Accomplish Tests On The Vehicle 

And Test Medical Conditions During That Time

Ground Controlled Trip 

They Could Not Cruise Around 

The Planet And Order Take Out (Ha Ha)

Like The Sputniks. 

They Were Along For The Ride... 

16 Orbits And Time Up 24 Hours.

Where As The American Gemini Missions...

Had A Protocol To Test Possibilities,

 Busting Through Development 

Of A Flight Sequence

And Had The Manual Option 

Where The Commander Could  

Pilot The Capsule When Needed

Working A Staging For The Future

 Lunar Landings With A Full Call Up...

So, Cruising Was Out
