Developing Western Libya And Somalia

It Was Limited Due, To The Desert Climate, 

Cities Forged Population Was Moved In 

The Lifespan Of The Plan Became Shorten 

With The Outbreak Of World War II

Which Allowed Britain And France To 

Have A Footing Stage... 

Which Fell Apart By UN Established 1946,

The Do Gooders Hindered Progress

Allowed No Plans To Be Moved Upon.

Neither Did Any Developing, Rather To Feed Off,

What Was There, Which Ran Out Quickly. 

The Dream Of A Second Resort Area Disappeared 

By 1960 The Land Mass Was Left On It's Own. 

With The UN Watching For Possibilities...
